Obituary

Andrew Robert Pauley was born on August 17, 1966, in Charleston, West Virginia.  He passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, from complications following heart surgery.

Andrew grew up in Charleston, where he graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School in 1984.  He went on to earn a BA in English from West Virginia University in 1988. He continued his education at West Virginia University College of Law, graduating in 1991.

Andrew practiced at his own law office for many years, followed by working at the West Virginia Offices of the Insurance Commissioner, and lastly, as Associate General Counsel for National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies.

Andrew is survived by his wife, Amy, and their daughters, Emily, Lauren, and Gretchen.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
