Obituary

Barbara ann harper, charleston, wv born on may 10, 1947 was called to be with our lord on monday, march 24, 2014.
With a lifelong passion for cooking as well as many other talents she will be dearly missed for her outlook on this world and her fearless personality. She was definitely one of a kind, her ability to brighten your day with her jokes, sarcasm and laughter was like no other.
She was preceded in death by her parents, harold turley and thelma brooks turley; daughter, vicky lynn turley, and brother, alan turley.
Surviving are her children, daughter, lori ann collins of charleston; son, james (regina) collins of elkview; grandchildren, colton james and jodi lynn collins of charleston, heather  nicole and cody james collins of elkview; brother, harold (violet) turley of alum creek; sisters, betty (ray) doughty of charleston, margaret (bob) kinser of dixie, wv,  and deloris (james) pritt of dixie, wv; and lots of family members and friends that loved her and will miss her very much.
By her request, she was cremated. 
memorial service will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.M., friday, april 4, at the spradling gospel tabernacle church, bakers fork road, charleston, wv.
