Obituary
Barbara Jean Landers of Charleston, WV, went to heaven April 15, 2026.
She was born to the late William H. Landers, Jr. and Freda Landers
Cogar.
She was a 1977 graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School. She
retired from Public Service Commission. She loved the class reunions
and lunch with her friends.
She is survived by her step-mom, B. Rachel Landers; step-sister.
Rosemary Gentry; aunt, Yvonne Shaffer; many cousins, step nephews and
niece; a host of friends and her furry babies, Taz and Mergie.
The family would like to thank Hospice staff, Caregivers and Spiro Mitias.
Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on May 7, 2026, at Neeley
Cemetery at Coopers Creek. (Take exit 5, Big Chimney, off of I-79.
Turn onto Kaufmans Branch Road. 1763 Kaufmans Branch Road)
