Obituary

Charles Henry Fluharty, II, 44, of Charleston, WV, received his wings on September 26, 2024, and flew home to be with our Lord. He was born December 13, 1979, in Parkersburg, WV, to Charles and Mary Fluharty.

He was a 1999 graduate of Sissonville High School. He had a passion for fishing and hunting with his Dad. Chuckie was very outgoing and loved going on adventures. He could make friends wherever those adventures took him in life.

Chuckie was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clyde Parsons and Betty Maze, and Kenneth Fluharty; a very special uncle, Clyde (Mick) Parsons, and his partner in life whom he cherished, Tricia Stephens.

He leaves behind a daughter, Emma Fluharty; his parents, Chuck and Mary Fluharty; a sister, Samantha Fluharty (Corey); a grandmother, Lenora Denman; one niece, Maryalice, and two nephews, Blake and Cayden; many other family members whom he loved and cherished, and three dogs, Bella, Clyde and Sugar.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
