Obituary

Deborah Ann Withrow 68, of Charleston, WV, passed away on April 1, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born October 30, 1954.

Left behind to cherish her memory is her loving husband, James Withrow; sons, James Withrow II (Debbie), Jordan Bailey of Frederick, MD; daughter, Danielle Withrow of Charleston; grandchildren, Celina Berry, Cheyenne Edwards, Shania and Shayna and Shayne Compton; sister, Wendy Spencer (Brian); brother, Larry Westfall; great-grandchildren, Andrew, Paisley, Remy, Allie and Regan.

In addition to her parents Charles and Lilly Westfall, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Keith Westfall, Charles Westfall II, and sister, Lisa Comer.

Deborah worked as a care giver along with being a mom maw to many. She enjoyed the beach along with having cookouts that everyone loved.

A celebration of life will be held April 15th at their home.

  2. Debbie in my younger years I was at your and Jimmy’s house quite a bit. We had some wild rides off that hill in the snow and many great times. Then you became my sister in laws. Although we rarely seen each other you were always welcoming, kind, and friendly. My prayers for Jimmy and the kids.

  4. I want to say that the first day I came home from school with Danielle, Debbie made me feel at home and like part of the family. Family was always priority and the get together were many and great!!! A majority of my memories have them included and even my kids call her mawmaw Debbie. Thanks for many years of good times and memories. You are loved and will be missed
