Obituary
Emma nornine gentry of charleston, wv passed away saturday, august 12, 2017. She was born on april 17, 1921 in charleston, and was one of ten children.
She was a graduate of elk high school and a homemaker for most of her life.
Norine was preceded in death by her husband, benjamin gentry, ii; son, timothy gentry and both her parents, john and muriel loiseau hackney in addition to nine brother and sisters.
She is survived by her children, tootie (mike) moriarty, pam gentry, ben (brandi) gentry and daughter-in-law, judy gentry; grandchildren, timothy (april) simon, jessica gentry, matthew (michelle) gentry and jodi (debbie) taylor; great grandchildren, emma simon, taylor simon, mason gentry and jason, harley, katie and jodi renaye taylor.
Memorial service will be held at noon, friday, august 18, 2017 at barlow bonsall funeral home with dr. Jay parkins officiating. the family will receive family and friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in springhill cemetery, charleston, wv.
The family would like to thank all of the caregivers at cedar ridge nursing home that cared for our mother over the years. They always treated her like part of their family.
