Obituary

Evlyn Maxine (Cornell) Fultz, 89, of Buffalo, WV, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2024, at Hubbard Hospice House West, South Charleston, WV.

She was born May 12, 1935, and was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Warren Fultz; her parents, Clifford Carl Cornell and Virginia Pearl (Skinner Penix) Cornell; her sister, Helen (Penix) Whittington, and son-in-law, Rickey Alan King.

Evlyn is survived by her daughters, Sharon “Sherry” Jean (Ron) Capehart and Toni Frances King; grandchildren, Aaron Steven (Christina Brianne) King, Miranda Lynn (Dylan) Vallance and Amanda Rashaun King; great-grandchildren, Lincoln Matthew King and Kaleb Bentley King, as well as her beloved niece, Crystal Elaine Whittington.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Winfield, WV. To attend memorial service via Zoom, please email jbentley135@suddenlink.net for the link.
