Obituary

Harley Ben Jones Jr., 59, of Charleston, WV, passed away on November 16, 2024, at home surrounded by his family.

He was born on September 14, 1965, to the late Harley Ben Jones Sr. and Barbara Jean Jones, and was raised in Elkview, WV.

Harley is survived by his wife, Samantha; children, Megan (Manuel) and Benjamin (Lierra), all of Charleston; grandchildren, Kaylee, Kourtnie, Dakotah, Kourey, and Bailee, all of Charleston; siblings, Brenda (Steve), Cheryl (Ron), Kim, Mark (Margaret), and John; lifelong friend, Richard Pitzer, and several nieces and nephews.

Harley was a Rock Truck Driver for several years. He enjoyed spending time with his son, riding dirt bikes, and NASCAR when he was younger.

Special thanks to his hospice nurse Jo, HospiceCare, and Pastor Jerry Young for the prayers, and especially for consoling and saving Harley.

Harley is loved and will be missed by his family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later time.
