Obituary

Harold Edward Outlaw, 64, of St. Albans, received his wings on August 13, 2022, with his devoted wife Virzina by his side.

Harold was born on April 27, 1958 to the late Edward and Marjorie Outlaw.

Harold was a lifelong member of The Institute Church of the Nazarene, Institute.

He was a retired Chemical Operator for Union Carbide, Institute.

Harold had a zest for life.

He loved to race his dirt bike and spend time with his family and friends.

Harold always had a smile on his face and loved joking with everyone.

He was known for giving people nicknames that would stick with them for a lifetime.

Harold will be greatly missed and remembered for many things, but one thing we will miss him saying was “you already know”.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Ann Bass Walker.

He leaves to mourn, his loving and devoted wife, Virzina Outlaw; daughter, Monica Outlaw; son, Harold “Buzzy” Outlaw, Jr.; granddaughter, Aubrey Outlaw; sisters, Wanda (Raju) Asokan; Millie (Rodney) Booker; brother, Edward (Terri) Outlaw, Jr.; uncle, Harold (Carol) Gilmer; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorial Service will be held in his honor 12 Noon, Saturday, August 27, 2022 at The Institute Church of the Nazarene, Institute.

    Institute has always been a close knit community and family included everybody. The Outlaw family are a much loved and meaningful addition to the Willis family and Harold’s passing is a loss we will find it hard to forget. when small he was a rascal. My sincere condolences to his entire Family. You will always be in our prayers.
