Obituary
James michael reishman , aged sixty-five, died from heart failure on december 11, 2015 in charleston’s memorial hospital.
He is survived by his two children, james michael reishman ii of charlotte, north carolina and susan “suzi” abigail reishman of cleveland, ohio; two brothers, john vincent reishman of sewanee, tennessee and robert stark reishman of charleston west virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents, dorothy stark reishman and vincent john reishman. His many friends and relatives will miss his persistent humor and his love.
Jimmy graduated from charleston catholic high school and xavier university and earned his law degree at west virginia university school of law. He practiced law in charleston with his cousin, the late ray brawley tracy and served the city of charleston as municipal court clerk and city clerk for nearly forty years. He was a faithful member of sacred heart parish.
He was justly proud of his culinary skills and delighted in serving favorite dishes at gatherings of family and friends. In his recent retirement he also made those skills available to the recipients of manna meals.
Memorial mass will be held at 11:00 a.M. Saturday, december 19, 2015 at the basilica of the co-cathedral of the sacred heart, charleston, with monsignor p edward sadie officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions either to manna meal, hospice care, or a no-kill animal shelter.

Revelation 21:3&4 Says God Will Wipe Out Every Tear From Their Eyes, And Death Will Be No More Neither Outcry, Nor Pain Be Anymore. The Elimination Of Death Will Remove The Principal Cause Of Tears, Mourning, Outcry, And Pain. Think Of That God Whose Name Is Jehovah And His Son Jesus Christ Are Concern Over Your Loss. Their Promise Is That Our Loved Ones Can Live Again
(John 5:28&29), May The God Of Tender Mercy Be A Source Of Comfort To The Family During Your Time Of Bereavement.
