Obituary

Jazmine Carter-Dudley, 28, of Dunbar, West Virginia, passed away unexpectedly in her home on April 12^th, 2022. She was a “girly-girl” who loved to sing. Jazmine aspired to become a licensed cosmetologist. She enjoyed all things beauty; hair, makeup, nails, and everything in between.

Born May 21^st, 1993, she is the daughter of Christopher Dudley and Kayce Dudley, who will forever hold dear the many wonderful memories they shared with their daughter.

Also left to cherish the memory of Jazmine are her two sons, Jordyn Carter-Mells and Jackson Carter; her brothers, Christopher Dudley Jr., Jerimiah Carter-Word, and Manny Dudley; sisters, Cree Carter, Kearney Dudley, and Gabrielle Dudley; aunts, Maya Stone and Stephanie Cane; grandparents, Pamela Carter, Clinnis Dudley, and Margaret Dudley; along with many other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, William Carter.

Jazmine will be dearly missed by all who were privileged to have known her.

A memorial service in Jazmine’s honor will be held on Wednesday, April 20^th, 2022 at Grace Baptist Church located at 600 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV 25301. Services will start at 1:00pm.
