Obituary

Our world lost a great man on thursday, august 4, 2016. Jerry louis frazier, 87, died at camc. He battled multiple illnesses, but always had a smile on his face.
He was preceded in death by his parents, arisba and ray frazier, and his sisters, doris hyde and jean dorsey. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, patricia. He is also survived by his children jeff (belinda) and their children whitney (cullen earnest) and reid frazier; leigh (tim norrid) and their children kyle (katie), taylor (richard moore), andrew (ali) and caroline; and laura (dan murray) and their children owen, connor, and cabell; and sister pat couch and brother steve frazier.
Born november 17,1928 and raised in charleston, he attended marshall university and the university of charleston where he played baseball. He served in korea in the us army.
Jerry was owner/operator of jerry frazier builders and a member of wv builders association, a member of the elks club, and a longtime member of first presbyterian church.
He was active in coaching his children in youth sports. He was an avid golfer and longtime member of edgewood cc.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.M. Monday, august 8, at first presbyterian church, charleston. Visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to first presbyterian church or kanawha valley fellowship home.
