    Mr. Rappold,
Time gets away from us and separates what we used to know. Writing this is flushing back all the memories that I havent thought of in years! Thank you for the best times from elementary to high school in band class. It was what I and many others looked forward to every day, from band camp, to football games, and competition. The travel and time spent with you was the best! Thank you for the pep talks and music conversations in your office doorway! You were the best! May God grace you!

  3. So sorry to hear of John’s passing. He was my friend from the time we both attended Sacred Heart grade school through our graduation from Charleston Catholic. John was a wonderful human being & he will be missed. May he rest in peace. Condolences to the family.🙏🙏🙏

  4. We would like to offer our deepest sympathy to the Rappold family, John and I were college roommates for several years with so many memorable times.
In addition, thank you David, for been an exceptional caregiver.
Thelma and RJ were like second parents to me and Dave and Tommy like my younger brothers.
I would imagine John is organizing a heavenly symphony!!!
Our thoughts and prayers will remain forever.
