Obituary

John michael sidenbender, 67, of elkview, passed away peacefully at home on friday, june 17, 2016.
He was born on november 12, 1948 to the late harry “jack” and doris sidenbender.
John was a dedicated employee of eckerd drugs for 20 years in orlando, fl.
He loved to spend his free time with his wife, cooking and watching the food network. Additionally, he enjoyed watching races and entertaining family and friends.

John is survived by his loving wife, margaret y. Sidenbender; two sons, jeffrey sidenbenber of florida and michael sidenbender of elkview; four grandchildren, donavan, amie, maddie and zachary; three special nieces whom he adored being around, rebecca martin, carole welch and brandy shaffer, all of elkview; and a brother, tom sidenbender of florida.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, patty sidenbender.

A celebration of life service will be held at 12:00 noon, saturday, july 30, 2016 at john’s home.
