To The Family Of Judge John Hey:

Please Accept My Sympathy And Condolences In Regard To John’S Passing. Unfortunately, My Schedule Will Not Permit Me To Attend The Visitation And Funeral Service. As A Practicing Attorney In Kanawha County For Over 45 Years, I Have Known John Since He Started His Law Practice Here. It Was My Privilege To Appear Before Him Many Times During His Tenure As A Judge. I Considered Him A Friend And Always Enjoyed His Sense Of Humor. I Respected His Abilities As An Attorney And As A Judge. I Will Miss Him.

    Sincerely,
    Jim Cooper

I sure hope that Judge John Hey repented for his sins in how he treated a young man in his courtroom when he turned his courtroom into a zoo and a circus by ruining his case!!! I will Judge you John Hey before God!!!
