Obituary

Kathryn l. “kate” ganim, 89, of south charleston, passed away wednesday, october 14, 2015 at the hubbard hospice house, south charleston, after a long illness.
She was born in spencer on october 19, 1925 to the late carrie and blaine wright.
Kathryn along with her late husband edward j. Ganim, sr. Owned and operated a private business. She was also a private caterer for over 45 years.
She was a member of blessed sacrament catholic church, south charleston.
Kathryn was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. 
she loved cooking for her family and others.
In addition to her parents, and her beloved husband of 65 years, edward, sr.;  she was preceded in death by her sister, audra wright; and brothers, roy, bill and jack wright.
She is survived by her daughter, debbie (tim) wells of south charleston; sons, eddie (vicki) ganim, jr. Of south charleston and david ganim of fort lauderdale, fl; 4 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Memorial mass will be 10 a.M. Monday, october 19, 2015 at blessed sacrament catholic church, south charleston with rev. Father john h. Finnell officiating.  a reception will follow the service at the church.
