Obituary

Lela Angela Wagner, 58, of Charleston, WV, passed away April 21, 2023, after a short illness.

She was born on October 21, 1964, in California, to the late David Walter Wagner and Ruth Charlene Wagner. During the mid-1970s, Lela and her family moved to Charleston, WV, where she graduated from George Washington High School. At the time, Lela’s family included her parents, along with a brother and sister, David and Sheryl.
