I Am Deeply Sorrowed To Learn About Les’S Passing. We Worked Together As Job Counselors At Opportunities Industrial Center. His Positive Outlook As Well As Comments, Impressed Both Students And Staff. He Depicted The Characteristics Of A True Gentleman And His Smile Could Never Be Forgotten.
Please Know That Your Family Is In My Thoughts And Prayers During The Difficult Time.

Very Saddened To Learn Of Leo’S Passing. While I Had Not Seen Him In A Number Of Years, I Worked With Leo At The Wv Doh When I First Started As A Young Lawyer In Charleston (1990). Leo Was A Sharp Dresser, Had A Wicked Sense Of Humor And A Contagious Smile. Rest In Peace My Friend.
