Obituary

Linda Jane Moore, 76, of Charleston, WV, earned her wings on June 30, 2025, at CAMC Memorial HospiceCare, after a short illness.

She was raised in Clendenin by her late parents, Clemins and Lessie (Dye) White, and graduated from Herbert Hoover High School. Linda retired from the State of West Virginia with 30-plus years of service. At the time of her retirements, she would certify paramedics following their testing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Taylor Anderson, and her aunts, Rebecca Dorsey and Edna White.

Linda is survived by her loving daughter, Melissa Anderson of Charleston; granddaughters, Jessica Anderson and Caitlyn Anderson; great granddaughters, Jaelyn Skeen and Marley Rae Anderson; daughter-in-law, Lindsey Lutsie; son-in-law, Arlon Ray Anderson, and friend, Gelda Thompson.

Linda was an avid reader who enjoyed camping, but most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Per her wishes, Linda was cremated. No service will be held.
