Obituary

Lorna Diane (Tenney) Hollen, age 67, of Charleston, WV, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 22, 2025. She was born October 19, 1958, in Buckhannon, WV. She was the daughter of Denver Tenney and Mary (Warner) Tenney, who are deceased.

She is survived by one sister, Florence Tenney, and husband John of Buckhannon. In addition, she is survived by one niece, Amanda Tenney of Buckhannon. Also surviving is step-mother, Joan Tenney of Indian Land, SC. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by grandparents French and Florence Tenney who raised her; grandparents, Ray and Irene Warner; a special great-grandmother, Grace Smith, and one brother, Marvin Tenney.

Lorna attended South Charleston Christian Church in Charleston.

During her stay at Charleston Care Center in Charleston and Select Specialty of Morgantown, WV, she touched many lives. Many grew to love her.

She enjoyed cooking, reading, writing, and coloring. She loved being around people, smiles and hugs. She loved animals.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the Upshur Memorial Park in Buckhannon, with Pastor Mike Rader of Charleston officiating.
