Hello,
My Name Is Tashea. I Did Not Know Mr. Spyros Personally But I Know How Hard It Can Be To Lose A Loved One In Death. I Have Experienced The Pain That Comes From Losing Someone Close To Me So My Heart Moves Me To Share With Others What Has Helped Me To Cope At Such A Difficult Time.
I First Want To Say That I Am Very Sorry For Your Loss. I Do Not Know If You Are A Bible Reader Or Not And I Hope I Do Not Offend Anyone, But The Scripture That Has Given Me Comfort Is The One Found At 2 Corinthians 1: 3, 4. It Says, “Praised Be The God And Father Of Our Lord Jesus Christ, The Father Of Tender Mercies And The God Of All Comfort Who Comforts Us In All Our Trials So That We May Be Able To Comfort Others In Any Sort Of Trial With The Comfort That We Receive From God.” I Would Like To Share With You The Comfort I Have Received From God. He Promises At John 5: 28, 29 That “The Hour Is Coming In Which All Those In The Memorial Tombs Will Hear His Voice And Come Out, Those Who Did Good Things To A Resurrection Of Life, And Those Who Practiced Vile Things To A Resurrection Of Judgment.” So God Has Promised That In The Very Near Future We Will Not Only Welcome Back To Life Our Loved Ones We Have Lost, But We Will Also Never Have To Experience The Pain Associated With Death Ever Again. I Pray That This Gives The Family Some Comfort During This Difficult Time. If You Need Anything Or Would Like To Know More About What The Bible Says About The Future, Feel Free To Contact Me. Have A Great Day.

I Was Shocked And Dismayed To Learn Of The Passing Of Louie Stanley. Louie Was So Special To Me In His Love For God And Open Profession Of His Belief In Jesus Christ. As His Parish Priest He Opened The Way For Me To Talk With Many Of His High School Friends, Answering Their Questions About God And Faith; And Helping Them To Understand Themselves In Their Relation To God And To One Another. We Spent Many Hours At Church Or At Their School, With Louie Always There At The Forefront To Encourage And Fortify Their Faith In God. Recently, I Wrote A Book And The Following Is An Excerpt:
Trust In God
I Was Presented With Another Blessed Opportunity To Help Some Area Youth. Through My Own Active Youth Group Members I Got To Meet And Know Some Of Their Friends Quite Well. They Afforded Me Many Opportunities To Counsel Them, To Pray With These Wonderful Young People, As Well As To Help Them With Some Clothes And Food From Time To Time. One Of Our Young Guys In The Youth Group Was Very Talented And Popular In High School. He And Several Black Fellows Belonged To A Band They Entitled, The Ebony And The Greek! Louie And A Few Of The Other Youth Were Impressive Young Christians. They Would Talk With Their Friends About God, Unashamedly And Openly, Discussing How God Was Actively Present In Their Dally Life. Through Their Outreach And Sincere Efforts To Help Their Friends, They Somehow Got Me Involved With Counseling More Young People Than I Could Ever Have Hoped To Meet From Throughout The Charleston Area. Louie Was A Special Blessing!
When I Saw That Louie Died On The Rare Date Of Feb. 29Th, I Thought, €Œthat’S Just Like Louie, Unique In His Life And Unique In His Death.€ May God Grant Eternal Blessedness To His Precious Soul! And May God Comfort And Strengthen All Of Louie’S Family And Loved Ones!
God Bless You All!
