Obituary
Mabel rosalie allen, 89 of charleston went to be with our lord and savior on monday, march 24, 2014 at camc general hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, homer allen.
Mabel was a member of simpson memorial united methodist church, charleston, wv.
She retired in 1985 from camc general hospital where she spent most of her time working as a lpn.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews; gloria (hollie) brown, rand, wv; rosalind (william) harris, new orleans, la; brenda (femi) kotoye, midland, mi; valerie strader, charleston, wv; vanessa payne, charleston, wv; kim payne, south charleston, wv; robin payne, charleston, wv; harrison payne, huntington, wv; larry payne, fort wayne, in; beni payne, charleston, w v; marvin strader, pittsburgh, pa; allen strader, ashland, ky; and david payne, charleston, wv; 14 great nieces, and 17 great nephews; and a host of great-great and great- great-great nieces and nephews too numerous to mention .
Memorial service will be held at a later date.

I Did Not Know Mrs. Allen But I Know How Hard It Can Be To Lose A Loved One In Death So I Wanted To Say I Am Very Sorry For Your Loss. The Scripture That Has Given Me Comfort At Times Like This Is The One Found At Revelation 21:4 That Says, “And He Will Wipe Out Every Tear From Their Eyes, And Death Will Be No More, Neither Will Mourning Nor Outcry Nor Pain Be Anymore. The Former Things Have Passed Away.” So God Has Promised That In The Very Near Future We Will Never Have To Experience The Pain Associated With Death Anymore. I Pray That This Gives The Family Some Comfort During This Difficult Time.
