Obituary

Mark Elie Wallace, 63, of Leon, WV, passed away August 11, 2026.

He was born June 26, 1963, in Rochester, NY, to George Whiting and Linda (Morgan) Wallace. A 1981 graduate of Ripley High School, Mark chose to work as a detailer in the automotive industry.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Derrick Wallace.

Mark is survived by his children, Cassie Fisher, Tyler Wallace and Cassandra Morris; his granddaughter, Autumn Fisher, and his siblings, Glen Whiting, George Wallace, Greg Wallace, Jeanne Snipes and Joanna Vausberg.

During the summer months, Mark enjoyed participating in recreational softball leagues which were sponsored by local businesses. He was also an animal lover.

Per his wishes, Mark will be cremated. No services are planned at this time.
