Obituary
M. Brent pauley, 65, of charleston, w.Va., formerly of new martinsville and morgantown, w.Va., left this world, surrounded by his family, on february 17, 2019. His life was cut short by a sudden and chronic lung disease.
Brent is survived by his wife, brenda, of 40 years; sons, jonathan (jennifer) and evan (haley); grandchildren, jailyn, brooklyn, anastasia, mary, ruby, joshua, and aria, along with many friends scattered across the globe that joined his extended family throughout his caring and giving life.
Brent was the definition of the american entrepreneur, owning and managing multiple small businesses, using the education he received, earning his mba from west virginia university. He was most recently employed as the ceo of enact community action, where he was able to do what he did best: helping others in need.
Brent was a member of the masonic lodge “ kanawha 20, the valley of charleston scottish rite, the osiris shriners temple, and was very active in his community.
brent was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, and friend and will be missed by all.
Memorial visitation will be held at barlow bonsall funeral home in charleston, w.Va., from 2 to 5 p.M. On saturday, february 23.
