Obituary

Michael Shaun Dunlap, of Campbell’s Creek Drive, Charleston, WV, passed away on March 4, 2024, at his home in a house fire.

He was born on January 20, 1978, in Charleston. His mother and stepfather are Candi L. Hansen-Dunlap-Henderson and Joseph Henderson, and his father is the late Gregory P. Dunlap. Shaun is also survived by his brother, Gregory “Shannon” Dunlap; his sister, Erica Nicole Dunlap; fiancée, Cara Estep, and his dog, Charlie, who he dearly loved.

A graduate of DuPont High School, he was in the lawn care business.

Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Big Bottom Missionary Baptist Church on Campbells Creek Drive, Charleston, with Pastor Fred Christian officiating.
