Obituary
Michael w. Davis, 70, of charleston, passed away at home on saturday, november 21, 2015.
Michael was a certified brain injury specialist and an independent case manager specializing in traumatic brain and spinal injury cases.
He was the president and owner of neurological case management associates, charleston.
Mr. Davis was also president, co-founder and past executive director of the brain injury association of west virginia (formerly the west virginia head injury foundation) and had previously served his country in the us navy vietnam war.
He was preceded in death by his parents, ormal and bill davis.
He is survived by his wife, linda davis; son, todd davis of charleston; sister, sharon piggott of new jersey; and brother, keith davis of winfield.
A private service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers “ the family suggests donations may be made in memory of michael to the: olin todd davis trust @ bb&t, 300 summers street, charleston, wv 25301.

I Am So Sad To Hear Of Mike’S Passing. I Was Privileged To Serve Beside Mike As An Ed For The Brain Injury Alliance (Assoc.) Of Ct And Also As A Founding Member Of The United States Brain Injury Alliance. There Was No One More Committed And Who Fought Harder For Individuals With Brain Injuries.
