Benny was my First Cousin David’s son. I was just a few years older, and we played together as young kids. In fact, I believe I introduced him to Basketball. Benny, like his dad, was a gifted athlete and student.. He was near unstoppable on the court, really. Like his Dad, he was recruited by colleges. Anyway, RIP Cousin Benny. Hope to see you on the other side someday.

So sad for Bennie passing. He and I were great friends as kids. We shared many hours playing sports and had fun with the Oakwood Terrace crew. Lots of memories that Bennie was a big part of. He will be missed. His friend Todd.
