Obituary

Keyshawnta J. St. John, 21, A real 1 of 1 that was taken from this earth on Sunday, March 13th.

Keyshawnta was born to Melissa Cornwell and Jeffrey St. John on December 20, 2000 in Charleston.

No words can accurately describe Keyshawn, he wasn’t one you could predict. To those around him he was known to be the one to get things shaking. There was never a dull moment or silence when he was around. He was a comedian and enjoyed making sure those around him were taken care of. His loyalty to those he loved was unmatched.

Keyshawn will be greeted in heaven by his oldest brothers, Shannon and Khalil; as well as his MawMaw Becky.

He leaves behind his two children, Ke’Laya and Keylen St. John; his siblings who will all miss being annoyed by him because there’s no one who could annoy you like he could, Jamall, Terrica , Javon, Jameka, Jevonta, Jushawnta, Marques, and Mayshawnta; his beloved nieces and nephews who did no wrong in his eyes, Da’Zariah, Da’Lajha, Blimpie (Travis Jr), Joseph, Juel and Se’Kani.

Keyshawn’s Memorial Service will be 5PM Friday, March 25, 2022 at Abundant Life Ministries, 1534 Washington St E, Charleston.
