Richard Lee Payne, Jr., 61, of Charleston, WV, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021, at his residence.
He is survived by his loving wife, Viola Renee Coon Payne; his mother, Ruby Payne; children, Shannon, Shonda, Stephanie and Richard; special granddaughter, Hailey; 13 grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters; and his beloved Cheewinie and Bogger.
