Obituary

Noble rucker, 88 of elkview, passed away at home on tuesday, july 4, 2017.

Noble was born in elkview on february 17, 1929 to the late george and cedena shaffer rucker.

He was a self-employed block mason and a life-long resident of elkview.

Noble loved reading his bible and had previously attended the mt. Pleasant baptist church, elkview.

He was a korean war veteran.

Noble loved his family deeply and enjoyed playing his fiddle.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, shirley rucker; sons, randy (betty) rucker of elkview, dwight (sandy) rucker of gandeeville and daughters; drema (barry) mcdaniel of callahan, fl, eva (russell) slaughter of elkview, regina (james) collins of elkview; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
