My Dear Aunt Karen Brought Joy To So Many Lives… I Still Remember Sitting Around A Table Enjoying A Game Of Tripoli (Where Someone Was Bound To Recite That Classic “Jack Of Diamonds, Jack Of Diamonds!” Line Or Other Inside Jokes), Or Back When She First Introduced Us To Stanley As A Breed Of Dog Known As A “Canardly” Because You “Can ‘Ardly Tell What Breed He Is”. Whether In Church, Among Friends, Or Among Family (Both On Two Legs And Four), Karen Was A Positive Influence And She Will Be Dearly Missed.

I Was Very Blessed To Have Karen Serve As Our Church’S Minister Many Times This Summer And Fall After Our Pastor Moved Away. She Prayed With Us For The Family Of A Dear Friend Of Mine Who Died, And That Meant A Lot To Me. She Shared Her Poetry With Us To Help Us Understand God’S Perspective On Events In Our Nation. I Will Miss Her.
