Robert anthony hoffman, 70, of charleston, passed away sunday, october 11, 2015 at st. Francis
hospital, charleston.
robert was born on december 12, 1944 to the late robert h. And anna luzzo hoffman and was raised in marshall county.
robert was a retired attorney for the state of west virginia with 30 years of service. he had worked in the state tax and revenue office and later for the state alcohol beverage control administration.
robert also was a u.S. Army officer veteran of vietnam.
he is survived by his wife, darla spencer; and sons, logan anthony and damon robert hoffman.
memorial visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.M. Sunday, october 18, 2015 at barlow bonsall funeral home, charleston.
in lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made in memory of robert to: wounded warrior project, 4899 belfort road, suite 300, jacksonville, florida 32256.
