Robert earl wilburn, 80, of charleston passed away wednesday october 18, 2017 at cedar ridge nursing home.

A celebration of life will be held 1:00 p.M. Saturday, october 21, 2017 at the fraternal order of eagles, 404 virginia st., west, charleston, wv. All family and friends are welcome to attend to share their special memories and stories.
