Obituary

Robin JoAnn Mills Menefee Thomas, 83, of Charleston, WV, passed away June 27, 2025. She was born on March 3, 1942.

A lifelong resident of Charleston, Robin graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School in 1960. In 1964, she graduated from Charleston General Hospital School of Nursing and practiced as a Registered Nurse at McMillan Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Bernice Mills, her husband Lawrence “Bud” Menefee and second husband Dean Thomas, as well as many beloved cats and dogs.

Robin is survived by her sister and friend Sara Kapo, her cousin and friend Karen Wanner, daughter Missy Menefee, son Scott Menefee (Sarah Coleman), and granddaughter Macy Menefee.

There will be no service or visitation.
