Obituary

Ronald gene montgomery, 59 of charleston, passed away, after a long courageous battle with cancer, on tuesday, may 27, 2014 at camc memorial hospital.
He was retired from the west virginia department of health and human resources and attended the kingdom hall of jehovah’s witness, kanawha city.
Ronald was a 1973 graduate of paden city high school and a 1977 graduate of west virginia university, where he was a member of sigma phi epsilon. He also mentored youth, including serving as a fraternity advisor in junior achievement.
He was preceded in death by his father, morris montgomery.
He is survived by his mother, betty montgomery; brothers, jerry (joan) montgomery of blue springs, missouri and arch (stephanie) montgomery of roanoke, va; 2 nephews, zachary and beau; and 1 niece, richelle.
Funeral service will be held 3:00 p.M. Saturday, may 31, 2014 at barlow bonsall funeral home, charleston. Friends may call two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
