  1. Oh, how I remember “RABBIT” he was fast as greased lightning.
He told Coach Gordon McCuneone time this “Coach even the Rabbits can not catch me.” We were friends to us color was not a barrier. I had often wondered if Rabbit was still around. Now I know where he is and he is having so much pleasure.
Rabbit enjoy your home I will be along soon.

  2. Roy King says:

Rabbit was like a father to many of us kids that grew up in Chesapeake in the late 70’s and early 80’s.
To Mrs. Ford, Ron, Scott And Jonathan, I’m so sorry Mr Ford is gone, but we all know where he is.

  3. Mr. Ford befriended us at our Kanawha City business. He would stop by nearly daily if not weekly for sure. He would check on us periodically and offer to get our lunches or run errands. He prayed for us many times and his visits never got old. What a man of God! Undoubtedly, he is in the hands of God and surrounded by angels.
    RIP Mr. Ford!
    Sincerely.
