Obituary

Sandra Louise Hanning, 55, of Charleston, WV, went to be with her late husband, Michael Hanning, on March 18, 2024. She was born on February 13, 1969.

She will always be remembered for her ability to make others happy and by the way that she laughed and smiled. We will always imagine hearing her say “I love you!” one more time. We couldn’t have asked for a better mother and friend and we will miss her every day. Sandra’s memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved her. Sandy was a dedicated wife and mother and was proud of her children. She loved everyone and everything, especially her pets, but no one as dear as her late husband, Mike.

Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Hanning, and is survived by sons Dustin Hanning, Brandon (Tracy) Hanning, Seth (Dana) Hanning; grandchildren Raelyn, Myiah, Bentley, Mandy-jo, Michael, and Donnavon, and brothers and sisters, Angel Doble, Ruth Sauda, Verlinda Holt, and Floyd Chamness. .

Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2024, at Rand First Church of the Nazarene, 305 Davidson Avenue, Charleston, WV, with Pastor Matt Chapman officiating. The formal service will start at 2:00 p.m.
