  1. Kathy and family, I’m so sorry for your loss. Stan and I met playing 7th grade basketball and played sports together all the way through GW, where he was our center when we made the state playoffs. He was extremely smart, a great teammate, and a great person who became an even greater man. I will miss him, and the world lost a great man. Keeping you all in my thoughts. — Dewey

Kathy, I am so sorry to hear about Stan. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Sarah and your family. I’m so very sorry for your loss.

  3. I picture a blue candle because Stan was soooo blonde as a little boy. I haven’t seen him since the Thomas’ left Larwood Dr. Many childhood memories with all of them and we are cousins in some way, I can’t remember how. He was a sweet but tough little boy but he did get hit by a car and broke a leg as a child and it scared all of us kids in the neighborhood.

I wish I knew him as an adult. He looks like a very nice man in his picture.

Rest in peace Stanley (as we called him as kids!). Prayers and condolences to family and friends.
