In My More Than 30 Years In The Psychology Department At West Virginia State University, I Have Known Few Students As Impressive As Steve. Despite The Immense Challenges He Faced With His Health (About Which He Never Complained), He Was An Outstanding Student, And Someone That Everyone Respected And Admired.

He Will We Greatly Missed By All.

May The Love Of Family And Friends Comfort You During These Difficult Days, My Most Heartfelt Condolences.

I Also Want To Share A Beautiful Scripture That Gives Us Much Hope And Personal Comfort.  Acts 24:15 “And I Have Hope Toward God, Which Hope These Men Also Look Forward To, That There Is Going To Be A Resurrection Of Both The Righteous And The Unrighteous.”  Imagine That Day When All Our Loved Ones Are Brought Back To Life Through A Resurrection And We Can Embrace Them Again.  How We Long For That Truly Special Day So Close At Hand.

Steven Was Such A Great Young Man. He Carried Many Responsibilites That Other Young People Never Have To Do. He Was Kind And Quiet At Times. He Was Very Bright. He Always Was Super Kind To Me And We Talked Often.
He Had No Need To Be Popular Just To Be Steve. I Am A Better Counselor Because Of Young Men Like Him. He Always Told Me–Do Not Worry I Will Have My Doctorate One
Day. He Made Good His Promise. May He Rest In Peace And Bring Happiness To Heaven.
    Kackie Eller, Gw Counselor
