Obituary

With deep love, we are announcing the passing of Therasa K. (Marchio) Webb, 76 , who passed peacefully at home on June 30, 2026.

Therasa was preceded in death by her parents Andy and Mary (Romeo) Marchio.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.

Therasa was born on September 21, 1949, and was a lifelong resident of Charleston, WV.

She attended Charleston High School and Morris Harvey, graduating with a MBA in Business. Throughout Therasa’s life. she has worked in HR departments for Columbia Gas and the State of WV.

Therasa brought family together through holiday dinners and special gatherings with her Italian cooking for her family. Those memories will always be in the hearts of her family, and continue on with her children. Therasa also enjoyed watching Mass on Sunday mornings at home.

She is survived by son Michael Webb (daughter Kayley) (granddaughter Mia), son Andy Webb (daughters Brooke and Jamie) (granddaughter Demi); brothers Jack (Kaye) and Tom (Sara), sister Angela Tucker (Joe), many nephews, nieces and cousins.

“We like to give a heartfelt thank you the Hospice during this difficult time and Father Szabo and her church family at St. Agnes Catholic Church.”

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July  8, 2026, at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 4807 Staunton Avenue SE, Charleston, WV, with Father Phillip Szabo officiating. Burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery will immediately follow.

Visitation will begin one hour prior at the church.
