Obituary

Thomas “Jeff” Littlejohn, 68, South Charleston, WV, passed away June 23, 2025, at Hubbard Hospice House, West, after a long illness.

The son of the late Gerald Frederick Littlejohn and Barbara Ann (Batton) Littlejohn, Jeff grew up in the Dunbar area. After graduating from Winfield High School, Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from West Virginia State University. He was employed with 84 Lumber for nearly two decades, working to help families design and re-design their kitchens. Later in life, Jeff began his own company, Frontline Systems, where he was an automotive appearance specialist, working with the automotive industry.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister and brother, Sandy Cline and Steve Littlejohn.

Jeff is survived by his fiancée, Marcia Murphy of South Charleston; his sister, Debra Littlejohn of Murrells Inlet, SC; his daughter, Melinda Littlejohn Hamblin (Bryan) of Cincinnati OH; stepchildren, Christopher Thomas of Dalton, GA, Matthew Thomas (Delea) of South Charleston,
Jason Hitchcock (Julie) of Sicily, and Tiffany White of South Charleston; 11 grandchildren, and many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was an avid golfer. In fact, he loved the game so much that he would often watch tournaments on live television at 2:00 a.m. As much as he loved his golf, Jeff loved his family more,
