I Think I Have Known Warren Since Our College Days At West Virginia University. We Never Socialized But Were Good Friends. I Have Known Many Fine People Over The Years. None Have Been Any Finer Than Warren Upton. We Used To See Each Other On The Street And Quietly Share A Smile And Exchange Cordialities. May God Bless You During This Loss.
