Obituary

Walter Lewis “Junior” McCormick, 59, of Charleston, WV, passed September 4, 2023.

Born March 28, 1964, he was an avid hunter and NASCAR enthusiast.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Faye McCormick, and his sister, Dora McCormick.

Junior is survived by his brother, Charles (Diana) McCormick, and sister, Teresa Withrow of Charleston; many nieces and nephews; his longtime friends, Bobby Holley and Ed Oldham, and his beloved dog, Brassy.

Gathering of family friends will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 7, 2023, at Spradling Gospel Tabernacle.
