Obituary
Wilda Lee McGill, 77, passed away March 20, 2023, at Valley Center in South Charleston, WV, with her family by her side. She was better known as Penny Womack.
Born in Cleveland, OH, she was the daughter of the late William and Hilda Kimbro.
In addition to her parents, Wilda was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Gene McGill; daughter, Lisa Womack, and siblings, Calvin, James, Bobby, Colleen, Peggy, Jack, and Geraldine.
Wilda is survived by her son, Joseph Womack and his wife, Christa; niece and nephews, Lurlene, James, Charles, and Billy, and her only grandchild, Christopher.
She retired from the State of West Virginia as secretary for the Human Rights Commission.
No services are planned at this time.

My Mom sacrificed in order to raise to kids alone, her strength and faith carried her throughout her entire life. She had a friendship with God.

Yes she did have a friendship with the Lord. I’m so glad she did, so I will see her and Momma again. David and I continue to hold you up in Prayer Joey.
