Obituary
William T. Cavender, 62, of Charleston, WV, died April 1, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Letha Walker; stepfather, Norman Walker, and sister, Candy Adkins.
Billy was employed with Scarlet Oaks Golf Course in Poca, WV, for many years.
He is loved and will be forever missed by his family and friends.
