Obituary
Marilyn lou fletcher, of dunbar, wv passed away on thursday, january 3, 2019 at camc general hospital, charleston.
She was born in charleston, wv on may 13, 1942 the daughter of the late william and dorothy oldham.
Marilyn graduated from charleston high school in 1960; and received her ba in business education from west liberty in wheeling, wv in 1965. She was a member of chi omega sorority.
Marilyn began her teaching career for kanawha county schools in 1968 at dunbar high school. She taught at other kanawha county schools, but dunbar held a special place in her memories. She retired in 2006 but continued teaching as a substitute until 2017.
Marilyn was preceded in death her father, william vernon oldham; and her mother, dorothy oldham bonner.
She is survived by her twin sister karan (keith) lupton of puerto vallarta, mexico; children, richard (linda) fletcher, of hurricane, wv; karen (steve) lechiara, new albany, ohio; margaret (rob) robinson, dunbar, wv; and grandchildren, emma and jan robinson, of dunbar, wv; pete and sophia lechiara of new albany, ohio.
Funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.M. Monday, january 7, 2019 at barlow bonsall funeral home, charleston, wv. Burial will follow in cunningham memorial park, st, albans, wv.
The family will receive family and friends from 2-4 p.M. Sunday, january 6, 2019 at barlow bonsall funeral home and one hour prior to the service on monday.

Marilyn Was Such A Wonderful Woman- She Had A Great, Positive Attitude And Enough Energy For 3 People. It Was Always A Good Day Whenever Marilyn Came In For A Visit. We Will Miss Her Dearly.
