Obituary
Albert Ray Redman, 50, of Charleston, WV, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2020.
He was born on December 10, 1969, in Charleston, to the late Leon E. and Margaret E. Redman of Charleston. Albert was a fun-loving, out-going person who loved to make people laugh. In addition to being a Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he loved fishing and watching WWE wrestling.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Jean (Newhouse) Redman; grandparents, Albert and Mary A. (Green) Redman, and Albert H. and Pearlie S. (Booth) Nelson; son, Robert Pauley; sister, Billie Jo Redman; and brother, Leon T. Redman.
Albert is survived by his fiancée, Laura Newhouse; his daughter, Heather Welch of Florida; sisters, Moreticia Cox of Dry Branch, WV, Lorna McKeever of Charleston, Bertha Nelson of Charleston, Sandra Murphy Cosey of Augusta, GA; brother, Bobby Lee Nelson of Jackson County, WV; 12 nieces; nine nephews; 17 great nieces; 17 great nephews; and in-laws, Robert Newhouse and Joyce Newhouse.
Graveside Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 18, at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Sissonville, WV. Family will receive friends and family from 1 to 2 p.m. at Barlow Bonsall Funeral Home, Charleston.
Please wear a mask and stay within the social distancing as per the Governors’ request.

So sorry to hear of Albert’s passing. He worked in the Division of Highways building where I was employed. He was a delight to be around, always in a good mood and could cheer anyone up with his great sense of humor. The world that revolved around Albert’s life will forever be less bright.
