  2. Zay Amsbury says:

I remember Timothy as a a young man who felt deeply. When we spent time together, sometimes Timothy would be quiet, but then he would voice an insight into friends or family, and his point of view showed that he watched those he loved with a sensitive eye. Timothy was funny. He made me laugh, and sometimes, when I made a joke, and nobody else laughed, Timothy would catch my eye and flash a grin. He had a wonderful smile. I never saw Timothy take his anger or frustration out on others. He had a kind heart. He loved his parents very much, and it showed. I will always remember visits to New York, watching Broadway shows, tossing a football, A’s games, Thanksgiving dinners. And I will always remember a very young Timothy raising his arms in the Amsbury back yard and declaring “Ta da!” while raising his triumphant little hands. I’m proud to have known him.

  3. Raymona and Paul, I think about how you both spoke of Timothy with love – all the times you spent together as a family made such wonderful memories. May those memories and the love of God sustain you through this difficult time. Sending love and prayers – Karen
